How To Film Your Shots

Three angles. Set once, roll normally.

Behind view — required

Film from behind the approach, slightly toward your bowling-arm side. Show your full body, entire approach, feet, swing, release, and the ball travelling down lane.

Side view — required

Film the complete approach from the side so timing, posture, and release are all visible.

3/4 view — optional

Film from behind and slightly off to one side. It reads your footwork and upper body together

Please bowl normally. Don't try to throw perfect shots for the camera. A combination of good and bad shots helps Missy understand what's actually happening in your game.

Do I need special equipment to film?

No. Your phone and a friend (or a bag to lean it against) is enough. We'll tell you exactly where to point it.

How long until I get my assessment?

Within 5 business days of your videos being submitted. You'll get an email the moment they're received.

How many shots should I send?

You can upload between 3 and 5 videos. We recommend sending a mixture of normal, good, and bad shots.

Do I have to create an account?

No. The process is designed so you can complete your coaching submission without creating an account.

Can I buy this as a gift?
